A really decent read which focuses on mental health. I only picked this book up as I'm a big fan of the Series - SAS who dares wins, but it was a good read. It details Jason's mental health challenges caused by PTSD and his road to recovery. There's not much action in this book with only a few details of his service in the forces. The book is well written and moves at a good pace, although some chapters feel a bit repetitive. I'd recommend though.
