Hands-on DuckDB - a free, fast and simple to use database!

Here are the preparations needed BEFORE the workshop. Please install the latest version of the following software on your local computer. Link to the online workshop will be provided 3 hours before the event on Eventbrite.

Here are some hints. Check out the link below if you are using a Mac. Select the version you are using from the dropdown box at the top first.

When installing DuckDB on a Mac, consider using "Direct Download" if you run into problem with "Package Manager":

When installing Thonny, select "Install for me only".

When installing DBeaver, select "For me" as well.

When installing DBeaver, select the followings when being asked.

When running DBeaver, click the "Cancel" button if the screen below shows up.
