What is the nature and purpose of creative expression?

I believe that expressing creativity is really important. Creativity to me is something that comes from within. No one can teach you to be creative however, every person has a creative and imaginative side to them. Practicing the ideas you have and trying to work with it, allows you to understand yourself better as an individual as well as develop. I believe the purpose of creativity is to allow yourself to observe the world through your perspective and present it to the rest of the world for them to see what the world looks like to you.

Creative expression can come in any form. There are a lot of activities that are directly creative and need imagination and ideas to be done, but I believe that you don't have to be a painter or a musician to be called creative. You can show your creativity in any field of work. It has to be true and authentic to you and your style.
