100Days writing challenge? I accept whole-heartedly and heart-wholedly. Is 'whole-heartedly' hyphened like that? Or is it simply 'wholeheartedly'? I think the latter.

So - what should one write? A poem? A haiku? A limerick? All three...

The boy stood on the burning deck
his hanky Rorschached red.
The skipper construed
an image quite rude
so slapped him round the head.

The nostril.
With neither reason nor forewarning
Precipitates crimson life upon
equally the author's thoughts
and the spring afternoon.

There was a young fella from Sweden
Who noticed his nose was bleedin'
he gave it a blow
which stymied the flow
but ruined the book he was readin'.
