We had a point of order raised and passed during the Welfare not Warfare motion - unusual for that to pass when there are still speakers against. Rosie then decided to sing another song. Pisses me right off - we are already pressed for time, speakers not getting a chance, and you think that it's a good idea to get up and sing for the third time? Fuck right off.

On to the Cuba motion now!

Question was put and the motion passed with only a couple of freaks voting against it.

Another speaker against the motion based on the fact it asks for a two-state solution. God to hear people pushing back against the two-state nonsense. Israel needs to be wiped off the map. There can be no peace otherwise.

Couple of people lined up to speak against the Palestine motion. One is the usual suspect - no doubt we'll have to sit through some zionist crocodile tears again! Looking forward to hearing her absolutely shit take - maybe we'll get some booing from the floor?

Huge amount of people lining up to speak on the first motion. Hopefully there's a brave delegate who will be liberal with the use of Points of Order so that we can get the business moved on. There's no sense in having 20 people all speaking for a motion that will pass anyway.

Sometimes SOC gives good reasons, sometimes they give very poor reasons. The annoying part is when someone has something ruled out of order, is given a good reason for it, but still chooses to go on about it and potentially delay conference business.
