Damn it!

We lost another one. I just got off a call with a close friend that informed me that a man she knew had taken his life.

I only wish that I had known him and had the opportunity to be there for him.

Although he is a stranger to me, he is still one of God‘s miracles and of tremendous worth.

And from what I was told Iz, he was a tremendously, bright, loving and caring light.

But this also reminds me of the natural contrasting effect of the depth of darkness that someone may be experiencing. They also have the same capacity for light and love and brilliance.

And in some sad cases, it also means that those that are light and bright and love and beautiful have the same capacity for Dark, destructive, fear, and death.

I have both the training in trauma work and knowing what it’s like to walk through the darkness personally to know that I can be of help in those times when people feel like they’re alone.

This is why me and a group of other men had started a men’s group so that no one ever has to feel alone like they’re standing alone like there’s no one there for them.

A place where they can go to rejuvenate heal, lay down their burdens, celebrate their accomplishments that are expressions of self.

There and the work that I do in my business and helping people, overcome trauma, utilize those skills to overcome any Lasting challenges, and then build the life that they both want to build for themselves and utilize those innate God give and superpower strengths and abilities to make the difference in the world that they uniquely can make.

I’m going to take some time and mourn for the loss of another of God‘s creations and hope that this will remind me to continue helping people see their true worth.

Because all life is valuable beyond measure and any loss of it prematurely or by one’s own hands is tragic.

My heart and my prayers go out to anyone who is impacted by this loss of unique gifts and beauty.

And to everyone else whose lives have been impacted by the loss of a love too soon.

May you find peace.
