A Day Full of Blessings and Miracles cont’d:

To add onto what I had posted on Friday, there was so much awesomeness that happened in one meeting with a friend.

There was kindness shown to me by the barista at the Starbucks that had given me a free drink from my friend

The opportunity for me to spread joy by simply opening the door for people as they approached the Starbucks.

To trust in my friend in having me connect with her sister that had been going through a hard time feeling in knowing because of experience with we’ve had together that I could help her through a challenging time.

The man who, after witnessing the conversations I’ve had on the phone prior to meeting up with my friend, and then the conversations that I was having once my friend had arrived at the Starbucks had come up and asked who I am. Because he had seen me holding the door for people, smiling at people and welcoming them in.

He also was there and got to hear some of the conversations, my friend and I were having.

I reminded him that in order for him to know the goodness of light and others that that aspect is already a part of him and that’s how he’s able to recognize it.

To this, he smiled, and there was a sense of lightning and brightening around him.

And I felt honored to have been there to lift his spirit.

After having Met at Starbucks, my friend and I went to go visit her sister at the shop that was just two doors down from the Starbucks that I picked not knowing at all where her friend worked.

After getting to visit with her friend at her Knitting shop and confirming that I could do really good work and help her out, I needed to go and get my glasses fixed.

As i approached the medical building where the eyeglasses repair place was I noticed a Grandma type lady walking with a very colorful and cool looking purse.

Feeling a little bit cheeky I said “ not to alarm you or anything so that’s a really nice and colorful purse you have there” to which she laughed.

As we both entered the medical facility, I noticed that we were both approaching the elevator that would lead us down stairs to the eyeglasses shop.

To this I said, “I don’t mean to alarm you yet again it appears as though we’re gonna be stuck in the metal box going to the same eyeglasses place.“ “and I’m really curious where you got that colorful bag from?”

To this she responded “I don’t know I go to so many different places that have booths where cool stuff like this is I’m not quite sure where I found this one.”

As we approached the eyeglasses place, we noticed that there was a line and we would have to wait.

To this the lady did not seem disturbed by at all, and she simply sat down, pulled out her knitting yarn and begin to knit.

Knit, I had just come from a place that is all about knitting.

So we talked about my friend’s sister’s shop, and if she’d been there before.

She said no and that she knits with her knitting friends at the community center and they create things for charities.

I had offered her the business card I had picked up from the knittery and said that if they’re looking for a change of scenery, that they should check out the place I was just out at.

She was greatly appreciative of the info and went smiling to pick up her glasses.

I couldn’t have manufactured the connections, love, coincidental occurrences, and joy that I got to experience, even if I had the rest of my life to do so.

God is good.
