My Fun Neighbors and Their Trick Coins

So for about the last three weeks there have been coins from all over the country showing up on the trail by my house.

This all started when I noticed a London Subway token on a rock.

Then a couple days later it was a coin from Belize.

Then a coin of Mexico.

Canada.

And on and on.

One of my boys favorite things to do is see what coin is there now.

What’s funny is that two days ago when I was walking my boys to school it was quite cold out.

The sidewalks and streets were covered with a thin sheet of ice.

All of the trees and plants were covered it a dusting of crystal like frost.

And the air had a bit of a bite to it.

As we were walking along the path this day, we see the rock where the coin is normally found.

But this day when trying to pick up the coin to look at the artwork, it had gotten so cold that the coin and stone had fused into one.

This my boys thought was hilarious.

It’s the little miracles that makes a day fun and engaging.
