There is the inner mind, which is unapproachable by anything exterior. And there is the expressed things, communication. Which is deducible by machines and enemies.
Through books much of the inner mind escapes and strategies benefitting humanity are exposed for use. But until then all useful strategies are kept under lock and key within the mind. Safe for the self to use, and to keep the self from being abused.
