You have never seen your face

Have you realised that you've never seen your face?

Aside from flat mirrors and photos, you've never seen the back of your head with your own two eyes. You've never seen the front of your face with your own two eyes.

This is a sobering thought.

We can only see each other; we can't see ourselves.

We are truly blind to our own blind spots.

That's why we need external feedback.

Feedback is precious.

Feedback is reality.

Like ground penetrating radar, feedback tells us where the buried treasure lies.
