When I was in the RAF my commanding officer used to shout, 'Stan Still, get a move on' and roll about laughing. It got hugely boring after a while.

Maidstone swimming pool won't allow me to swim with my three boys (8, 6 & 3) unless two of them wear arm bands. Never mind the two oldest can swim. We have never used arm bands. Oscar's first year

Our oldest son was born in September 2000. We lived in London. Grandparents were in Kent and in Gloucester. I thought it'd be good to share with them how he and we were getting on during his first year. I created a website and posted weekly updates. The website is long gone.
