Americans expect the Biden Administration to follow suit with the French and the British and designate the organization as a terrorist group. We expect the Biden Administration to share US intelligence information with the International Criminal Court (ICC), so that they may prosecute Vladimir Putin and the Wagner Group for war crimes. We also expect the Biden Administration to provide Ukraine with F-16s, so they can execute an effective counteroffensive and end the stalemate with the least loss of life.
