US-UK Relations

🇬🇧🇺🇸 I'm happy President Biden finally visited the UK and met with the King and the Prime Minister. I hope this means we will be creating a new US-UK free trade agreement soon. We should have free trade agreements with all of our allies.

Although I do not agree with the UK's decision to withdraw from the EU, the UK has the right to self-determination. The British people chose that path, and the USA must respect the path the UK chose. Punishing our allies for exercising their right to self-determination has never been a foreign policy of the USA, and it never should be. We expect Biden to show the UK the respect they deserve.
