EU v CELAC

🇪🇺 This is why we prefer to only work with the liberal democracies in Latin America and exclude countries like Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela. It's unfortunate that Russia has such a hold over these countries. Russia is a mafia state, and many of these Latin American narco states are connected to Russia's criminal organization. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can really do to help these countries until they are ready to become liberal democracies. The USA will help any country that wants to break free from the Russian sphere of influence and become a liberal democracy. xo
