🌍 We have repeatedly stated that we want a PROACTIVE US foreign policy rather than a reactive foreign policy. The USA is failing Africa. The US Administration has allowed one coup after another to occur on the continent, all incited by Russian disinformation and the Kremlin-funded Wagner Group. The US Administration has not done enough to solve these issues. We have proposed several proactive foreign policy steps that the US government could take to prevent future coups.

First, we proposed joining the African Union. This is a very easy task, and I do believe the African Union would welcome the USA's interest in joining their organization as an observer. It is the best gesture to demonstrate our sincere interest in helping Africa by working with the leaders of African nations on a regular basis.

We also proposed raising the bounty on Yevgeny Prigozhin, because he is the mastermind behind the Wagner Group. The Wagner Group is destroying Africa. Eliminating Prigozhin is the best way to dismantle the Wagner Group, and dismantling the Wagner Group will help prevent future military coups in Africa. The US government has a measly $250k bounty on the man, which will not entice anyone close to Prigozhin to turn him in.

We have also repeatedly proposed creating a new security community for African democracies. This task is much more difficult and time consuming, but it will provide the security architecture we need on the continent in order to help secure these nations. As it stands, there are only a few democracies in Africa. Protecting them should be our top priority on the continent. We want a new military alliance with these democratic nations. One that encourages them to continue to make democratic and humanitarian reforms for their civilian population and provides additional security and economic benefits to those who do.

So far the USA has not made any progress on any of these issues, and instead Russia is turning the African continent into a sea of military dictatorships while Russia terrorizes the civilian population and steals their natural resources, especially gold. It's frustrating to watch one military coup after another happen in Africa, while the US administration has not taken any effective actions to prevent them.

If the USA allows these problems to grow, the USA will end up in a war with Russia. The USA must secure the Black Sea region ASAP. The USA must ensure grain can get to Africa, and prevent Russia from using this commodity as a source of power and influence over the African continent. The USA must secure the remaining democracies in Africa immediately. The USA must dismantle the Wagner Group. We need to get all of this done. Failure is not acceptable.
