Elon Musk Is Not the US President

🇺🇸 Elon Musk will never be the US President, because he was not born in the USA. Musk is not an elected official, nor is he an appointed member or an employee of the US government. Musk can worry about escalation in the Russia-Ukraine war all he wants, he has the right to voice his opinion on the subject, but he does not have the authority to make any decisions regarding the war. Once Musk did make a decision that he did not have the right to make, and he took actions that benefited Russia rather than US interests, he became a Russian foreign agent. Musk did not reach out to the US government for instructions on how to proceed, instead he contacted a Russian diplomat to retrieve instructions from Russia. He put his own self-interest, his business interests, above the interests of the American and the Ukrainian people, and in-turn acted on behalf of Russia and against the USA. Musk assisted a foreign power that has recently threatened the USA and our allies with a nuclear attack with their war efforts. Musk also jeopardized the $100B investment the American people made in Ukraine by helping Russia. He therefore should be required to return that investment to the American people. He should be fined $100B and issue a public apology, or face charges of high treason and spend the rest of his life in prison.
This fine will also resolve the lingering debate in the US Congress over future funding for Ukraine, since Musk will essentially be replenishing the funding that has already been approved by the US Congress. We also want a full investigation into his communications with Russia, specifically we want to know whether Musk has collected any additional intelligence about Ukraine's military operations from Starlink and shared them with Russia. Musk knows that a counteroffensive failure by Ukraine will have a negative impact on Biden's next presidential campaign, and he has showed favoritism for Trump as Putin has. Musk could be sharing intelligence with Russia to not only help Russia's war efforts, but to alter the outcome of the next US election. Since Musk is evidently a Russian foreign agent, we have deep concerns about his motivations for buying Twitter, which he renamed X. He could use that platform to spread Russian propaganda and influence the outcome of the next US presidential election, and we suspect he is already engaged in such activities. We would like this social media platform to become part of the public domain by nationalizing the company.
