Proposal for the US Congress

🇺🇸🇺🇦 I support Ukraine acquiring nuclear weapons. It's a controversial issue, but after everything Ukraine has been through, I think they clearly need them. If Ukraine is not invited to join NATO, it will be the only way for Ukraine to protect themselves against further Russian aggression. Russia continuously threatens Ukraine with a nuclear attack, and therefore Ukraine will need their own nuclear weapons for deterrence against such an attack. If Ukraine had never given up their nuclear weapons...
