Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

🇮🇱🇵🇸 I think President Biden and his administration are doing a great job of supporting Israel while preventing the spread of the conflict. Americans are happy Israel is scaling back their operations in Gaza and are pursuing more targeted strikes on Hamas leaders. However, Iran is the root cause of all of the problems in the Middle East. Iran is leading the terrorist activity by Hamas against Israel and the Houthi rebels in Yemen that are now attacking ships in the Red Sea, as well as Hezbollah in Lebanon. We must recognize that Iran is leading these militia groups. Iran, along with their ally Russia, is the real problem, and we will have to focus on solving that problem.

Most Americans do value all human life equally. It was the Palestinian Americans, like Tariq Habash, who thankfully no longer works for the US government, that were elated over the deaths of Israelis after the October 7 attack. They were the ones in the streets cheering the rape and death of innocent people. We saw them in American streets waving Palestinian flags cheering on terrorists, and we will never forget what we saw.

I also think it is relevant to note what we have not seen. We have not seen any Israeli Americans or Jewish Americans marching in the streets celebrating the war in Gaza or the deaths of Palestinians. I think that demonstrates who actually values all human life equally.

No one wants war. All we want is security. I appreciate that President Joe Biden has remained firm in his support for Israel, and I also appreciate his continued push for Israel to protect civilians in Gaza. I believe the president is doing the right thing.
