Gray-Zone Aggressions

🇺🇸🇪🇺 I think the best response to gray-zone aggressions by Russia and its friends is to charge them fees and fines for each aggression. Certainly these fines should cover the cost of damage to pipelines and cables or loss of services, but should also include the costs to investigate, as well as the cost to protect ourselves from future damage and aggression. Russia and its friends should be invoiced for the fees and fines once it is proven that they are the aggressor. If they don't pay up there are other ways and means to collect the balance due. xo
