President William Ruto

๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ช We are very happy to have an African leader visiting the USA, especially the President of Kenya. We are deeply concerned about the state of affairs in many African countries today. We see military coups, civil wars, terrorism, famine and severe poverty plaguing many African countries, much of it fueled by Russia. We wish to help Africa solve these problems, but we do not have any reliable partners on the continent at the moment. We wish to establish a special relationship with Kenya, so that we may have a reliable security partner on the African continent to help us address many of these issues. We wish to make Kenya, and the entire African region, more secure to create stability, and in turn, increase economic growth and prosperity across the entire continent. We wish to decrease our trade with authoritarian regimes in other parts of the world and to increase our trade with African democracies like Kenya that are interested in partnering with us. We have always had a penchant for democracies - that will never change.

We love coffee and flowers, these are personally my two favorite things in the world, both of which we import from Kenya, and we, of course, would love even more of these things. However, we understand that Kenyans would like to expand their manufacturing industry and other economic sectors, and we wish to invest in these other economic sectors and help Kenyans achieve their goals. We hope we can develop a very strong trading and economic partnership with the Kenyan people, a mutually beneficial relationship, that will ensure the continued security, stability, and prosperity of both of our countries. As you may know, one of the USA's former presidents is of Kenyan ancestry. Because of this the USA has a special bond with Kenya. We hope that Kenya will one day become our first treaty ally on the African continent.
