American Liberals Stand With the US Solar Industry

🇺🇸 We made it clear that any US subsidies for the solar industry was to go to US solar panel manufacturers only, not Chinese companies. We made it clear that we wanted Chinese solar panels, which are made with slave labor in Xinjiang, banned from being imported to the United States. Legislation to ban all products, including solar panels, made with slave labor in China passed the House and Senate with a nearly unanimous vote during the Trump Administration. The Biden Administration, however, created loopholes to allow Chinese solar panels to be imported through third party countries in Asia, against the will of the American people and the US Congress. We are not pleased about it. We made it clear that the American people are not going to subsidize the Chinese solar industry, which is owned by the Chinese Communist Party, an enemy of the United States of America. We want this issue resolved immediately. xo
