President of the European Commission

🇪🇺 I don't agree with Thierry Breton's characterization of the President of the European Commission. Some people refer to von der Leyen as "empress" or "queen" in jest. We're just teasing. I don't believe she is a danger to the EU. She is focused on solving all of the challenges Europeans are facing right now, and she takes her job very seriously. I believe she has been very honest and transparent about her desire for gender balance in the European Commission. She is a very strong, and very intelligent, German woman, but she is not putting German interests above all others as some claim. She is putting European interests first, and I believe she is trying to create more equality among European nations. Of course, she is not going to do anything to harm Germany, her homeland, and I hope no one wants her to. She is not going to do anything to harm any member of the European Union. To be honest, I think some French males just can't accept working for a woman, or perhaps they just can't accept having a boss because they are used to being the boss. Fortunately, Stéphane Séjourné is not that kind of man. xo
