US-NATO Relations

๐บ๐ธ๐ช๐บ We're happy the Trump administration reaffirmed the USA's commitment to NATO at the recent NATO meeting. We hope to keep the USA, Europe, and all of our other allies around the world safe, secure, and prosperous.
US Presence in Europe
American Liberals are not convinced that the USA should be changing our posture in Europe. We did support the idea of moving US troops out of Germany to the Eastern flank four years ago. At that time, we believed the Nazi Party in Germany was ancient history, but now we know it is not. The rise of the Nazi Party at the same time as the remilitarization of Germany is worrying. The antisemitism that is rampant in Europe is also very troubling. The political landscape has changed drastically in four years, and we no longer support moving US troops out of Germany because of it, but we still support strengthening the Eastern flank from Russian aggression.
NATO was originally created to keep the Germans weak, to protect Europe from Germany, because they had started two world wars, one right after the other. Four years ago, I thought it was no longer necessary to protect Europe from Germany, but with the Nazi Party on the rise, I am no longer certain of that. Especially when the current Nazi Party is aligned with Russia who is very aggressive and has already started a war in Europe. We should continue to trust Germany and encourage Germany to strengthen their military, but remain cautious by keeping US troops in the country for at least a few more years to ensure stability on the continent. Europe will accept more responsibility for their security and defense, but we must make sure that responsibility is balanced among all of the nations in Europe, and that the USA maintains a strong presence in Europe.
Regional Treaty Organizations
We believe the USA's focus should be equally divided among each region of the world: the North Atlantic, the Middle East, Africa, the Indo-Pacific, and the Americas. All regions need our attention. There is no valid reason why the Pentagon cannot focus on the entire world at once. They have the capabilities and the budget to do so. It is the only way they can complete their mission, which is to protect the USA and the American people. We expect nothing less than that.
We propose creating a treaty organization for each region of the world, so that each region has a security strategy tailored to the specific challenges the region is facing. These organizations should cooperate with one another to maintain global security with the Pentagon being at the center of that cooperation. This security architecture is meant to make it easier for the Pentagon to focus on the entire world at once. These regional treaty organizations will enable more cooperation and participation of US treaty allies in the defense and security of each region.
Russia
Russia's pursuit of space nukes is one of the many reasons we must shut the Kremlin down. The Kremlin poses way too many threats to the American people and the rest of the world. These threats must be eliminated, not just "managed." We will not accept any other foreign policy. We will fight any administration that refuses to eliminate threats to the American people.
After World War II, the USA kept troops in Germany, because Germany was the aggressor, and those troops are still there today, keeping the peace. We did not keep troops in France, or Denmark, both of whom were victims attacked by Germany. Instead we divided Germany in two, and we kept troops in Germany to ensure Germany remained peaceful. This plan worked very well, it worked so well that we forgot why we are even there. We want to execute the same plan in Russia, because Russia is the aggressor, and we must ensure that Russia becomes and remains peaceful. This time, however, we will not wait until after the aggressor has completely destroyed Europe. We will be proactive and eliminate the threat before they destroy Europe and the rest of the world as they have done to Ukraine. We will shut the Kremlin down, carve up Russia between the USA, Europe, and Japan, and liberate the Russian people from tyranny. This can be done, we have a strategy to accomplish this goal, a strategy that does not require World War III, and we expect it to be executed. We will keep troops in Russia for an indefinite period to enforce peace and to prevent a new tyranny in the country, just as we did in Germany.
Do you agree that the Germans are free, happy and prosperous today and live healthy, productive lives? Has the USA ever infringed on the German peoples human rights or harmed the German people in any way despite having troops there for 75 years? Then why would you oppose doing the same for the Russian people? Why would anyone oppose a plan to turn Russia into a friendly, peaceful territory? The only reason they would oppose this plan is because they don't have the imagination or will to come up with a strategy to manifest this ideal, but we do. American Liberals have an effective strategy to accomplish this goal. Think of how wonderful it will be for the Russian people to finally be liberated from tyranny, and for all Europeans and Americans alike, to feel safe and secure from an aggressive Russia. The entire Arctic will become a NATO stronghold. The Baltic Sea and Black Sea will become NATO lakes. We will ensure peace and prosperity for all of our people for centuries to come.
