🇺🇸🇫🇷 American Liberals agree with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, if Ukraine capitulates to Russia, a new nuclear arms race will happen. Smaller nations will seek to arm themselves with nuclear weapons to prevent nuclear powers from invading their country and stealing their territory. This will make the world an extremely dangerous place. We are happy to know Barrot discussed this with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
