We Stand With Ukraine

🇺🇸🇺🇦 I think the mini-crisis in Ukraine is proof that Ukraine is winning the war against Russia. I think peaceful protests are a healthy part of any democracy. The protestors voiced their opinion and the Ukrainian president listened to them. I think that demonstrates the progress they have made. Ukraine is clearly becoming a liberal democracy as they wish to be. It's important to note that the protestors were not attacked. In Russia, those protestors would have been beaten for speaking out, and sometimes protestors in Russia are even murdered with chemical weapons. So Ukraine is clearly not Little Russia, not anymore. Ukraine is Little Europe now. I also loved how the EU advised Ukraine on the right thing to do as if Ukraine was already a member of the EU, and unlike Turkey or other EU members, Ukrainian leadership immediately moved to resolve the situation. Ukraine is clearly making progress, and that is something to celebrate. I have faith that the Ukrainian government will continue to root out corruption. Once Ukraine completes all of the reforms they will become a full member of the European Union as they wish to be. I think they truly deserve it.
But if the European Union rejects Ukraine, for any reason, there are other possibilities. Ukraine could always become Little USA if they wish. Ukraine could always become a protected territory of the USA if they would like to be. We would love to invite Ukraine to join us, and then they would immediately become NATO territory and protected under our nuclear umbrella without needing any approval from any nation but the USA. I know the majority of Americans and the US Congress would support that, simply because of Ukraine's critical minerals. So Ukraine has many options. The choice is theirs.
No matter what Ukraine will be free from the Russian sphere of influence.
