Starlink and Other New Technologies Act

🇺🇸 American Liberals propose new legislation that allows the Pentagon to take control of Starlink. All decisions about the deployment or use of Starlink in other nations must be made by the Pentagon, not Elon Musk. Elon Musk can remain CEO of the company and continue to make executive decisions unrelated to geopolitics, but he may not make decisions about Starlink's use in warfare or other geopolitical issues. If necessary, the Pentagon will take full control of Starlink. The US government can already use existing legislation to take full control of a US company whenever they deem necessary. It's not something the USA makes a habit of, however this situation is unique and requires special consideration.
