On text editors

It is interesting how important a text editor is or, many people think it is. I always wonder why standard notes needed so many editors but I might be starting to get this now. Depending on what you do, write prose for a blog or write lines of code would perhaps benefit from different configurations.
This Vim is a very interesting one. It seems like a very nerdy tool, one of those to separate one from the common, but it also feels like a programming language.
Interestingly, it is actually quite pleasant to write in standard notes' plain editor. I get now the less distractions effect and maybe the next logical step is to break up with the mouse, then the arrows and start surfing texts and code like those Vim gurus.
This is actually a good video to start this Rabbit-Hole.
