Content Moderation on YouTube Kids

When was the last time you checked the videos your child is watching on YouTube? If you're anything like our family your child or children get tablet time as a reward or way for them to occupy their time. Whatever reason you have, I'm not going to pass judgement. When I need my child out of the way while I do the chores they can not help with, iPad! We periodically check what he is watching, as the YouTube algorithm is pretty wild and untamed. At the end of the week we browse through what is being recommended and block or ban channels that are not educational or engaging. Brainrot and empty content videos are avoided the best we can..
