Note 5

Today I woke up earlier than my alarm. It was because my cat knocked over his water cup (I was too lazy to retrieve his water dish from downstairs when the cleaners came over so he has been drinking from a glass this past week). It got on my pillow and the floor but I figured it was just water so I just laid around for another hour flicking through my phone.

I finally got up when I needed to to use the bathroom. Then made my bed and finally decided to set up my capture card so I can use my switch while watching something on the computer...also I needed to test it since it came back from the RMA. Apparently it doesn't work with the usb 3.0 hub I have...even though it did before. Strange. It works when I plug it into the USB port on the back of my computer though. Good enough. I also was able to update the firmware and such.

Since it started working again I did RFA for about 15 minutes. My goal was originally 30 minutes but I decided to start smaller and see how this goes. I want to keep this a habit! I want to build my stamina up to be able to bike to work. I actually probably can start biking to work now but I'm afraid my stamina isn't strong enough.

I keep reading how people's lives have turned around so much just from exercising more too, so I hope this will give something positive to me since I just been feeling like I'm in a dumpsterfire constantly.
