#3 Recent Apps

Let me tell you about some recent app recommendations.
I've spent the last week hunting for smartphone apps, so take my word for it—these are pretty solid picks. Why am I spending New Year's on my phone? Didn't have anyone to spend Christmas with?
Who cares about that. Let's get started.

1. Ecosia - Search Engine, Browser
   This one was pretty great.
   Just searching plants trees? Perfect for someone like me who wants to donate and feel good, even if I'm broke.
   Concern: It relies on ad revenue, so you need to tolerate some ads (though you can block the bad ones).

2. Startpage - Search Engine
   You might be thinking, "Another search engine???" But yeah.
   This one feels focused on privacy. I like that you can easily use a free VPN as an incognito mode.
   I use it as the search engine for Firefox Focus.
   Concern: Incognito mode doesn't always work.

3. StandardNotes - Note-taking app
   Pretty easy to use, and I like the tagline about notes lasting 100 years.
   I'll probably stick with this for a while. Don't want to become a note-app refugee again.
   P.S. Why did I even write this? Everyone using Listed should already be using StandardNotes.

That's about it.
I only really introduced two things, and both are search engines. That's pretty lame.
Hope you guys don't spend your holidays just hunting for apps.

1 ecosia-検索エンジン、ブラウザ
これは結構良かったね
検索するだけで木を植えられるなんて、お金がないけど寄付して気持ちよくなりたい自分みたいな人からしたら完璧だ
懸念:広告の収益から成り立ってるから多少我慢が必要(まあ悪質な広告はブロックできるけど)

2 startpage-検索エンジン
また検索エンジン???って思うかも知んないけど、そうなんだよね
これはプライバシーに特化した感じ 匿名モードとしてVPNを無料で気軽に使えるのがいいね
自分はfirefox focusの検索エンジンとして使ってる
懸念:たまに匿名モードが機能しない

3 standardnotes-メモアプリ
結構使いやすいし、100年後も残るメモアプリっていうキャッチコピーがいいね
しばらくはこれを使うと思う またメモアプリ難民になるのは嫌だし
追記:なんでこれを書いたんだろう?listedを使ってる人はもれなくstandardnotesを使ってるはずなのに

実質的に2個しか紹介できてないしどっちも検索エンジンなのは終わってるか
みんなはアプリを探すだけの年末年始とか行事を過ごさないようにね
