DAY030: OPINION ON SLEEP TIMES

hi & wellcome everyone to my another blog of daily blog series #the121, and today im gonna discuss some of my thoughts on sleep times, come along to read my thoughts & correct them if possible

so where to begin, sleep is a very important part of our life, cs its the process of recovering & refreshing our memories, taughts & energy, it gives our body parts time to relax to get better or more energized for work

its like a reboot for human beings, but it does more than a reboot, since its being considered one of most important part of our life which cant leave & live our life peacefully

many may argue this that we dont need sleep at all, for those super human beings i'd like to recomend watching some experiments on this topic from youtube or any other sites, but the source should be well trust worthy & verified

i saw some of them where i remember of one where normal ppls started to look like zombies after 5+ continious days living without sleep, & after some more days there behavior & body language also became like zoombies & some even died in the process while others got recovered & the experiment got stopped for this reason

so dont try this at home, but todays question is how long should we sleep, as of u maybe heard around the web or even on ur surroundings that 8 hours of sleep is ideal for human body while the cycle from 11 to 7 considered as ideal time for sleep for many biological theories

some even says 6 hours is enough for your body to process but in the arrgument we also hear abt 4 or 10 hours, this already have a big controvercy so i didnt wanna start another

but in my opinion or in say the most logical opinion is being said thst its varies, for everyone its varies, and the numbers maybe the avarage of the varied scales, and u should consider sleeping as much as u tired, if ur tiredness gets satified u will woke up automatic, but if u find urself tired even after 12+ hour of sleep, u have some serious issue, check the doctor for this, and thats all

but u should keep maintaining ur time cycle, cs that matters a lot even for ur work cycle, and fixed time cycle doesnt matter at all since everyone have their own work times, so u can start sleep from 6pm or 6am if ur work finishes arround that time, & im one of its proof since i sleep late but since have a pretty good condition i might say & i maintain my sleep cycle time
