POTA QSO Party this April

Last year, I noticed a lot of online conversation about the POTA QSO party coming up in April.
There seemed to be a lot of different personalities involved, and I was curious whether they would ever reach a consensus on the rules and other details.
Today, I received a forwarded notification that the QSO party is definitely happening in April, and they're encouraging clubs and individuals to get out and activate.
My guess is that my blog here is going to talk about this a few times between now and April. I expect to—and plan to—operate during the whole weekend that it's running
