Laptop Problems.

Having bought a refurbished laptop from a local company just over a month ago I find it is crashing all the time with no error messages. Took it back to the shop and they couldn't reproduce the issues. This weekend I am hoping to recreate it and record it on video to see what they will do when provided with evidence.
