This is what I use for creating a litetouch bootable USB.  I use this for "imaging" a system with MDT with custom applications for each build instead of deploying with a captured image. 1. Run CMD as an admin.  Type "diskpart". Run "List Disk". Check to see if your USB drive is GPT.  Your device will have a * under the GPT section if it is GPT.
