This blog is a cross between a journal and a set of records. I think of each of my posts here as an experiment. I try to work through something new with each thing that I have set my mind to. I deliberately keep a wide range of subjects: artificial intelligence, German Idealism, post-structuralism, the philosophy of science, history. Even when most of my pieces are experimental and sketched out, I hope to do justice to what I've thought about.

Some of these are fleshed-out essays, and some of these are personal attempts to work out a particular notion or intuition. Some are much more freewheeling. Some of these posts are notes, impressions or aphoristic experiments. Some are systematic and some are roughly put together. Here are some recommendations.
