I am presenting here a series of compressed notes on the French philosopher of science, Gaston Bachelard. I’ve recently begun the habit of writing down pen-and-paper notes for the books that I’m reading, and in this way I’ve accumulated a fair amount of notes reading Mary Tiles’ excellent book, Bachelard: Science and Objectivity.
