Hi - wishing you the best in becoming a linux sysadmin. You mention going deep, but it's so deep that I think you may get bogged down. Rather I think you should learn "enough" to be practical in the various aspects, then circle back using "man" when you need to. Review and repetition are key. Also, there are a lot of good alternatives to the standard *nix commands out there, written in go or rust, meaning they are super easy to install on whatever system.
