DISTANCE
These are the ones with responsive video. 5km takes me 12 min at a medium pace and 20 mins as a real easy recovery ride.
5 km
Snaefellsness 5km - great! Just nice clear road.
London 5km - nice quiet city roads. You're driving on the left. At one point there's a stoplight and the video stops no matter how hard you're pedaling lol.
5km savannah - just a long straight flat road with vegetation to the sides. Only one edit that I noticed.
5km pupukea- this one is FAST. Some edits but they're ok. Riding right on the yellow line for a good bit of it. Scenery pretty constant, just greenery on both sides
5km Monterey - fast! Varied scenery. Some sharp turns around the middle. No abrupt edits until you're halfway through AND THEN IT REPEATS FROM THE BEGINNING. Déjà vu the whole second half.
5km Scotland Glencoe - v nice, only one edit. Chill, some rolling hills and farm houses.
10 km
Hawaii 10km - at beginning we're on the yellow line in the middle of the road which drove me nuts but pretty soon it gets into a one lane road. I liked the jungley stuff toward the end where we're going up and down a hill. I got out of the saddle to go up and went high cadence/low resistance on the way down. The ride treats it all as flat ground in terms of speed calculations etc.
Scotland 10km - there's a deer about 75% through! Followed by a sign that says Do not Feed Deer. This one is beautiful. One lane road with lots of "passing places."
Aguirre spring NM 10km - gorgeous but very twisty windy. Not a great one if you're prone to motion sickness. SO beautiful though.
10km Georgia - very nice. A couple edits but not too disruptive.
10km Iceland - sheep in the road just like real Iceland!
TIMED
Camera moves same speed no matter how fast you pedal. Note there is no pause button, but if you quit a ride you will still get a workout in your history with data matching the amount of time you completed.
5 minutes
5 min Montana - fast, no edits, love it. Over too soon.
5 min Costa Rica (starts with A) - nice uphill/downhill with a waterfall at the end but at least 3 drastic edits on the way :(
5 min Guanacaste Costa Rica- lots of greenery, houses, farms. You go up and down a big hill, 2 edits that weren't too jarring. I like this one.
5 min Potsdam Germany - nice little town. Flat roads and people watching.
5 min Yarra bend park Australia - nice little park path on a wet day. Lots of variety in things to look at, a few edits, lots of people walking dogs.
5 min Westfjords Iceland - FAST road. The road is flat but there are always fjords and mountains in view. A couple big edits but always pretty
5 min Kansas City - winding forking paths through a park along a river. Fast, green.
5 min Cape Town - water on the right, wall or trees on the left the whole time. We drive on the left here it turns out.
5 min Oahu Kaneohe - very pretty! Clouds on the mountains are cool. Bike path with nice tropical greenery all around and mountains in the distance. Only one or two edits.
5 min Sedona - red dirt path through a coniferous forest. Monotonous in a good way. Only one or two subtle edits.
5 min San Diego sunsets - we're on a paved mountain road but all alone. It's sunset and beautiful. Sometimes we have a view of everything below, sometimes not but there's still a glow in the sky. A bunch of edits toward the end but they feel like "and look how pretty it is over HERE". About a minute from the end we come up on a couple walking and there's suspense as to whether we overtake them or get a last minute scene cut. I won't spoil it lol.
5 min Alberta - pine forests, craggy mountains in the distance. We're alone on a paved road. moves a little slow in parts. Mostly sunny.
5 min faro sunset - This one is pure chaos in a very pretty, dusty white and red palette. Where are we going? Will we hit those frisbee players? Are we following traffic laws? Aren't we going to run into that fence? Phew another edit saved us.
5 min Monterey Bay - paved paths, plenty of other people, but less chaotic than faro sunset. At least you can tell you're on a path.
5 min Hoge veluwe National park, Netherlands - grassy fields and grass lined woods. We're on a dirt trail, sunny day. Only one or two edits.
5 min Matterhorn, Switzerland - Rocky trails on the side of mountains. Moves oddly slowly, like the person who took the video must have been flying and they're like no no slow it down.
10 min
10 min India Rohtang pass - oh god beautiful green rocky Mountains. Moves fast. I love it in spite of the edits. Cows at 6 min to go and 4min
10 min Wyndham, Western Australia - red dirt, green lumpy hills, big sky, highway. Only one edit, about 7 min in.
10 min Canberra park - park paths, people around, water, trees, sidewalks, etc. pretty fast.
10 min Melbourne at night - downtown area with lots of lights and buildings and we're right by the water. Camera moves slow. We start at sunset and finish in twilight. First quarter of the ride rakes you down the path, then an edit turns us around and we double back, then cross a road and go along sidewalks etc with I think one more edit. Dodging lampposts a bit.
10 min yarra River, Victoria Australias - camera moves fast! Everybody is p power walking! Path by a river in a park. Cool bird in the water at one point
10 minute Puerto Rico old Sam Juan - beautiful town, weird video. Lots of cuts and some segments are frustratingly slow and blurry.
10 min Paris - we're driving through traffic but fast. Lots of edits. Often a landmark like the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Nice sunset at the end.
10 min south of France forest - often more scrubby than forested, but it moves fast and I only noticed one edit. Long flat winding road on a sunny day.
10 min Corsica - so pretty! You're on a winding mountain road and there is mountain sharply above and below you. Clouds move over the slopes and there's shrubbery dotting every surface. Medium amount of edits.
10 min Barcelona - there is a lot of STUFF here. People, vehicles, architecture, trees, a traffic roundabout! weird park paths, water, boats, large public artwork, near collisions with trees and people. Lots of edits. Many incomprehensible things. Never a dull moment!
10 min Algarve Portugal- we ride up and up a scrubby mountain until we're right at the base of the windmills on top. Bunch of edits but cool place.
10 min Dutch windmills - long bike path around the canals. Sunny day, green grass, lots of other cyclists. Plenty of windmills.
10 min veluwe National park Netherlands - long straight flat bike path, sunny day, other cyclists, gets into a forest toward the end and goes fast.
10 min playa Pacifica - park path where you keep wondering if you're going to crash into people. Spoiler, you never crash into people.
10 min shingle mill trail Colorado - very fast, going along single track on a hillside with burned trees and green grass all around
10 min Mexico TK - in the mountains. Very pretty. gray and blue and purple
10 min Vermont - fast. Fall foliage. Country roads.
10 min shropshire - bike path. A few horses, a few dogs, lots of people. We come VERY close to running one of them over.
10 min udaipur - road by a mountain lake, absolutely gorgeous. Moves fast. A few pedestrians and motorbikes and goats. One of my very favorites. Few edits. *
10 min San Juanico Philippines bridge - fucking amazing. No edits I think. Just one long stretch of bridge. It curves and you're over the sea and it's so good. *
10 min Newport Beach, California. Houses on the left, sand on the right, people and bikes on the path. Monotonous.
10 antelope island Utah- sunset. Pretty. *
15 min
15 min Andalucia- beautiful, sunny, seaside cliffs and white buildings. Edits every 2-3 minutes though
15 min Argentina [sorry didn't note which one] - lots of edits. Very pretty though. No people. Sweeping vistas yes.
15 min Taroko gorge Thailand - mountain roads where you're going through rock tunnels. Lush greenery along the rocks. Really pretty. Cars and people are around.
15 min Khao Sam Roi Yot National park Thailand - ocean on the right, road/houses/trees on the left. Not too many edits. Not stunning, just feels like an everyday ride through a cool place. Ends at the beach.
15 min Royal park rajapruek - feels like a friend is showing you all the cool things in the park. Animal statues, topiaries, architecture, artworks...
15 min Andalusia hills - big sky, rolling hills with fields and orchards that are like orderly little grids draped over the hills. Toward the end lots of distant mountains.
15 Colorado - fast, pretty, only a few edits
15 rift valley - Sunny flat country road. Very few edits. Goats at the end! *
30 min
30 min Prosser Creek California - low res and sometimes you're dodging trees. Found it stressful because my eyes are looking for the trail and sometimes its too fuzzy to see. Nice and fast though, including a fast section in the last 5 minutes. At least 6 edits but most aren't too disruptive, you teleport from a trail to a very similar trail.
India 30 min - cool rocks and plants and shit, lots of people and motorbikes and goats and little roadside restaurants. Still some edits but only maybe 5 total
30 min Tierra del Fuego Argentina - first 20 minutes on a paved road in the mountains, trees on either side and always mountains visible. Last 10 on gravel paths in more out of the way places, some really pretty rock formations, rivers etc. overcast weather most of the time, maybe snow flurries.
30 canyonlands Utah - so beautiful. Not too many edits. Lots of mountain roads that would be kind of terrifying to drive on, but really wonderful to experience via video. I'll be taking this one again.
45 min
Lucerne 45 min - despite the thumbnail there is NO snow for the first 20 minutes. It's a nice little ride around town but if you want a winter wonderland vibe it takes a while to get there. The mountains are nice but lots of edits. Overall not real happy with this one but I'll probably do it again when I want something wintry since it's the only one I've seen like this. Kinda wish they had a nighttime holiday lights ride, that would be cool.
60 min
60 banff - pretty mountain roads, not too many edits
