Human capital is a core component of the vision for MightWorks. At first small groups of purposely built teams, then larger self-organizing groups via a decentralized platform.
One opportunity is to enlist those who want to learn to take part in projects for learning (and profit!) Small groups that take part in the complete lifecycle of a product, rather than just the building.
