To learn CSS, we may refer to prior knowledge of HTML. In order to use CSS, we will use a text editor, such as Notepadd, and a web browser,such as Chrome.
-Note: CSS helps to define the presentation of HTML elements as a separate file, having a .css extension.

-Note: saves time, maintenance is easy, there are superior styles to HTML, and there is multiple device compatibility, e.g. laptop, tablet, etc., and also different operating systems.
