Thanksgiving Pizza

My nearby friends didn't invite me to Thanksgiving dinner, so my housemate and I decided to buy a Thanksgiving pizza last night and snack on it all day today!
The best part was when a neighbor, who is just like us, needed help with a fuse at her house. After the minor repair, we gave her some of the pizza from our fridge. She seemed so grateful since she didn't have anywhere to go for a traditional dinner.
Besides that, I hit an awesome sale! The online store blackbird.black—the one with the good incense and scents—had a twenty percent off sale on everything today, which is totally unusual for their site. I snagged a few things I'd been wanting: incense, a white gas lighter, and a perfume applicator. Yep, the holiday spirit arrived early! For dinner tonight, I cooked some steaks in the toaster oven. All in all, it really wasn't a bad day!
Tomorrow is reserved for some other friends from out of state who are coming to visit. I'm looking forward to meeting them at the airport! We might go for some Japanese udon noodles near the house if they feel up to it right after their long journey. Things are a bit up in the air because those friends are usually busy, so we can't plan too tightly. But it will be nice just to spend time with them on the way from the airport and into the city.
