Today was pretty chill; I mostly stayed home. I enjoyed some tasty food and soaking up the warm sunlight. My housemate was glued to the internet news most of the day, and some of it caught my interest. I spent time researching French luggage and catching up on gossip about Demna’s future at Gucci. I only managed about half my usual morning pages today — but honestly, all of that was a good way to keep grounded while hanging out at home with my housemate.

My housemate isn’t really aware of their mental state. This writer believes sometimes that they might not have an inner world of imagination at all. From what I can tell, everything they do to organize their world is based purely on the physical setup around them. We haven’t moved any furniture in this house for thirty years — we’ve just added stuff over time, but never decluttered. Plus, housecleaning has been minimal, mostly just spot cleaning and tidying up what’s needed to keep things running smoothly.
