A word of love for all readers

As we went through the eight main points which a true Brethren stands upon, it is important for me to share a few thoughts.

  1. Truth is not based on feelings or relevancy. Objective truth, which we should all desire to have, does not care if we are offended or not. The purpose of presenting these eight truths from our position as Brethren, is not to appear cold, listless, and heartless. It is to get the basis of the truth out.

  2. We as Brethren do love all. We want all to come to Salvation. The goal is not to beat up on the sinner, for the sinner is already judged. The plea here is to establish who we are as Brethren, THEN offer to all a gift of great magnitude of love and mercy.

  3. While we hold to truth, we also hold to the value each individual has in God's eyes. You are loved, you are special, you are precious to God the Father. This is why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to this earth to die for you. He wanted to make a way for you to be saved and to find forgiveness, mercy, grace, and love.

  4. The reason for Jesus' coming is because we who are mere men are absolutely guilty of sin. No matter the sin. The sin of lying, murder, sexual immorality (which includes living with someone who is not your husband or wife, homosexuality, beastiality, adultery, incest, pornography, and any other number of sexual sins), cheating, stealing, and anything else to be added, is a violation of the standard and nature of God. All are going to be judged, not by our good works, or how we did, but by how we measure to God. The answer is that all are going to fail. To pass, we have to be perfect.

  5. Jesus was perfect. He became a man, but was also God. He died on the cross so the wrath of God, against sin, could be satisfied (since God is just and holy), and then as a gift to only those who believe, He gives His righteousness. When God sees the Christian who put their faith in Jesus, He will see the righteousness of Jesus who was perfect.

  6. Jesus did not have to come. He chose to come. He wanted to come. He wanted to provide the way for all. And He shows His love that even when we were absolutely guilty of all wrong, Jesus died for us. It would be like a judge who handed down the death penalty, then came off the bench, and died for the criminal.

This is God's love. This is God's mercy. The Bible tells all of His love, and the plea is to come to Jesus. He loves you, no matter what you did, no matter where you are, where you came from, what you will do, who your parents or family are. He does not care if you have money, or are poor. Whether you are white, black, yellow, red. He does not care if you are American, European, Asian, African, Oceanian, etc. His plea for you is to come to Him. He has more than enough love and mercy for you. He loves you, and wants you to be free from the sins that bind you and are keeping you in wrath. He alone has the key. No man on earth, no religion, no mantra, etc can free you. It must only be your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

So while the truth is still there, please know there is love for you. I, as the author of this blog, love you and want you to understand that eternity is forever. I want to spend eternity with you in Heaven, and that you will be free from sin. I want you to see the love of God the Father toward you, in that He sent His Son for your redemption. Please, do not reject Jesus' mercy He is extending to you.
