Goal: To begin the journey of becoming a World Authority in Record Keeping and Error Correction

Development Log | Blogifying

It's frustrating when you spend all the time trying to put the information in one particular way and in the middle of that you realize... hey... wait...uhhh let's make it simpler and use another format. Think for NOW, not for 10 years from you.

Because this project may not even last 10 years, I want it to but it most certainly probably, most likely not.

It's that balance between future proofing enough and not writing or create spaghetti code that has no future or extensibility.

For example I wanted to have branded storage under cache.foxwolfbyte.industries for website content. But I didn't want to pay full website hosting because I'm not actually HOSTING content on those providers. So I wanted a branded FTP server is what I thought... so I wandered into Digital Pigeon but this was one level or two above what I was hoping for and more costly then I wanted. Then looking at Backblaze helped me since I was closer to where I wanted to be but not yet there. Finally I found it!! Bunny.net.

Then it was finding the actual terminology and how it works. So I needed to setup a Storage Zone, then learn that 'Manage pull' which allowed custom labeled CDN!! TADAAA. Now I have a cache.foxwolfbyte.industries.
