Cashless and brainless

Today’s rambling…

I’ve exchanged some cash for use while traveling in a foreign country, hoping to save on currency exchange conversion fees from my credit card provider. It quickly became clear that this was an inconvenience for others. We're so accustomed to a cashless world that people were struggling to give me the correct change. It’s seems that we can’t count anymore 😂

Not too long ago, children learned mental math skills in school, relying on pen and paper rather than calculators. Now, with the increasing dependence on machines and AI, everything is digital, how will it impact our brain functions?
