I’m feeling a tad under the weather and hope that I can heal up real quick.

I’ve committed to help my friend that has had a hellish time with rivers overflowing, winds tearing through their shoppe, and illness.

And they’re such beautiful loving people that I want to show up fully for.

So I hope to get to rest early today and be back to full power tomorrow.

But I don’t have to be feeling good to be expressing good.

Pure love casts out all fears.

Yesterday was tough, I was nonstop with kids, client stuff, Christmas gift plate deliveries, and a brother in need, all while feeling weak tired and depleted. I still chose to be there for my brother and it was extremely helpful for him. Despite the really challenging going things he’s been facing with his family, he was able to find peace and comfort in the present moment.
