Yesterday was tough, I was nonstop with kids, client stuff, Christmas gift plate deliveries, and a brother in need, all while feeling weak tired and depleted.
I still chose to be there for my brother and it was extremely helpful for him. Despite the really challenging going things he’s been facing with his family, he was able to find peace and comfort in the present moment.
I am honored to have been there for him, and yet it had increased my tiredness.
I continue to hope and pray for him and his family to make it through the challenging time and find the light amidst the deep darkness.
