Water CF is the most adaptable of the five elements. Just like H²O instantly takes the shape of it's vessel, the Water type person is easy to adapt and accommodate any situation. Perhaps morally, as well. Water Element closes the five element circle: we are born from Water (fertility) and we die in Water (when the battery reaches zero).
The water type likes sitting by the window, observing the world passing by. They ask the deep(est) questions such as "what's the point?", "why do we live?", "what is the meaning?" but unlike Metal which reaches for God and (organized) religion, the water type goes deeper seeking the truth.
Like it's symbol, a deep and dark mountain lake, water type is deep, sometimes morose. Dying is a part of the fifth stage of life so death matters to the water type of person.
Organs that provide ability "to go deep" are Water organs, Kidney and Bladder. After the Heart (the most Yang organ), Kidney (the most Yin) is the most important organ as it acts as body's battery. Kidney "stores" energy and controls dozens of important processes in the body, from metabolism of water to bone quality, blood cell production, fertility and health of reproductive tract, head hair, hearing quality, stamina and will power and many others.
Along with Bladder, Water organs are in charge of adaptivity, fear response, sleep quality, mood stability and others.
With Water deficiency come lack of sex drive and infertility (as part of natural selection), fatigue, depression and suicidal depression, kidney failure, incontinence, hair loss, hearing loss, brittle bones and lack of ability to accommodate others: "it is my way or the highway" is something a person who wakes up to pee at night says.
Bladder and Kidney are injured by fear, cold feet, salty foods and stimulants like alcohol and coffee, lack of sleep and sedentary lifestyle.
