• Hoping everyone will have / is having / had a nice Valentine's Day.
• Waiting, waiting, waiting for the Daytona 500 to be restarted. Waiting for over five hours so far.

Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and The Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• 19:45 - The Hour of Vespers according to the Traditional Catholic Breviary: Bible readings, prayers, and meditations for 14 February, Quinquagesima Sunday.
• 21:05 - Mk 1:40-45
• Tonight's Rosary before bed is the Glorious Mysteries.

Diet:

• 09:45 - sausage, fried eggs, whole wheat bread
• 11:50 - apple chunks with peanut butter
• 14:15 - pineapple rings
• 16:30 - bowl of green beans and chopped meat
• 18:00 - cooked bananas with butter

• 11:30 - began following Daytona 500 pre-race coverage
• 12:30 - QN post published and shared
• 21:10 - After a looong rain delay, the Daytona 500 is only now at the end of stage 1. Shoot, these guys might be racing until midnight.
