Sabaton - Sarajevo & Versailles

Today, 108 years ago, Archduke Franz Ferdinand is assassinated in Sarajevo. This singular event would be the catalyst to the largest and most devastating war the world had seen at that time, World War I, or as it would come to be known, "the Great War" and "the War to end all Wars"
Interestingly, also on this day, 103 years ago, exactly 5 years following the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, the treaty of Versailles was signed, effectively bringing an end to the aggressions and closing the Great War's violent chapter in human history.
